As the founder of NC Briar Patch Doodles, I grew up with a golden retriever that I adored. My husband grew up with poodles, and always loved the breed. Later in life, we finally got a golden retriever of our own and she immediately became a part of our family. Noticing the joy she brought to myself, my husband and our kids, we were inspired to combine the two breeds that we love. We now provide playful and friendly golden doodles to other families.
